I was just wonderingwho has ridden primeval whirl and what they thought about it. Is it fun, dumb, worth the time. Any and all imfo would be greatly appreciated.

I liked the ride. I thought it was fun and worth the time spent there. My only complaint about the ride (and the whole area) is the music. Very loud and very annoying. But besides that the area and ride are great.

I thought it was a lot of fun, too! Not all that intense, except for the spinning, which is great.

My tip is to go ride it first thing in the morning. Since the ride vehicles are small (and because of Fastpass) the ride loads slowly. If you wait until later in the day, you will face long lines. If you go in the morning you can ride multiple times with little to no wait.

It's a really "FUN" ride!!!
With a combination of the TILT-O-WHIRL and a ROLLER COASTER, how could they go wrong??
Kids will love the brightly colored cartoon dinosaurs along the ride track.
Personally, I found the most terrifying part of the ride was wondering if that heavy vehicle was gonna spin right off one of those tight upper curves! YIKES!
Well worth the stop on the way to and from DINOSAUR!

That is the theme and I think it fits. It was incomplete before with only the shop. I like how they incorporated Chester and Hester in to the new part.

It can be cheesy. It is cheesy! I never expressed an opinion about that, I just laid down the facts! It's a cheesy place. It doesn't belong in AK though, because I believe there were/are many better concepts and ideas to use space and funds for in that Park... But I agree, it is a "nice" cheesy... Very retro-cheesy, is that Dino-Rama... Let's not start an argument about this again!:lol: :lol:

This is a cool ride.....doesnt belong in a Disney Park.........its more like a carnival ride....but its fun...........not good theming......i only waited a few minutes each time i went on it so it was worth it.....little kids like it........i dunno...its an ok ride:hammer: :brick: :hurl:
it was the coaster that we went on, my son and i, that got him ove rhis fear of coasters,he is 6. i thought it was fine.....use the fast pass for this one the line can get rather long:king: :sohappy: :hammer:

I think PW is all in all a petty fun ride. Yes it's probably cheep, yes it's tacky, but to me it's like your ugly dog that you ca't help but love. Somehow it has a certain charm to it that I find fun and is also a great coaster. I enjoyed myself on this more than I ever did on Space Mountain. All in all, I'd do it again and love it.

I thought it was a pretty good ride... except for the fact that the first time i rode it it came to a sudden halt ... we were at the very top when it stopped. We never figured out what happened but the ride never restarted and they had to come up and rescue us from the top so i can honestly say that it was a ride that I will never forget!

Cheap and tacky...but that's what its themed to be. As such, I'd say they did a good job theming it (even though I don't like the theme). Worth a ride if the wait isn't too long...however, I wouldn't wait more than about 20 minutes for it. Its just not that good.
