Sorry, couldn't tell you here. I don't enjoy paying to park, so the point is out, and prime is too far for me having Lake Buena Vista outlest and Orlando Premium right by me. Orland Premium is hit-or-miss, but I LOVE the Van Heusen store and teh Geoffry Beane store. They both have some amazing sales. This weekend, I have a flyer to get 5 shirts for 5 dollars. I can't even get HALF a shirt for that where I usually shop.

We visited Orlando April just gone and found that the Prime Outlets where without a doubt the better mall between the two.

Point was getting done up whilst we were there so the only shops we could get to were Foot Locker, Claires and Armani Exchange. Even when we visited the year before last, the Prime Outlets (i think were previously known as premium outlets if i remember correctly :veryconfu !) was still again the best between the two.

I've almost never paid for parking at Pointe Orlando. But I would usually have lunch/dinner there and get my parking validated. That would eliminate my having to pay.

It's been a couple of months since I was there, being that I moved away from Orlando, but the last time I was there, the stores along the section nearest to the street were still all closed and they were doing a lot of work there, and Pac-Man Cafe along with the arcade were gone. Everything else was either open, or awaiting a new store to go in. Most of the other restaurants were still open. But since most of the shops were in the area being worked on, there really wasn't a lot to do there other than eat. The one good thing is that the theater has been revamped and now has an IMAX screen, so if you wanted to see Order of the Phoenix in IMAX, you can see it there when in Orlando.

Bad news. the Prime Outlets reopened and it stinks. They turned a great indoor mall with great outlet shops into an outdoor, crowded, up-scale nightmare. They tore it down to make an EXACT copy of that outdoor mall by SeaWorld. Plus, the Disney outlet which was SUPPOSED to be OPEN yesterday, was STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION today!!! And don't even get me started about what half-brained mook thought it'd be a great idea to get rid of an INSIDE mall with great AC and outlet stores into an OUTDOOR mall with shops that no one can afford to shop at. Sorry for the rant, I'm just mad the great old outlet mall I grew up with has been turned into an up-scale knockoff of a mall I've hated for some time.

Perhaps i'm getting confuse but how long has prime been an outdoor mall - when we visted in 05 it was exactly how it was this year? I think its a great mall - price-wise and layout.

I'm talking about the outlet mall by Universal. (It's confusing because it used to be Bells Outlet Mall, now it's called "Prime Outlets" or some-such-non-sense.)

I never go into the Prime/Belz outlet,I stick to the Orlando premium outlets, but the last time I did go into Prime/Belz,it was still Belz and in my opinion was an old dump.I haven't been there to see what changes they made, but it has to be better than what was there!!!

Oh i am sorry guys.......i AM getting confused :veryconfu VERY confused !!!

The belz outlet (aka Prime Outlets :ROFLOL: !) was just as pants this year as it was in '05. They seemed to be building/expanding things when we were there but they were no where near finished....!! I agree though, it has to be better than it was !!

Does anyone know what Festival Bays like nowadays? We never even visited Festival Bay this year - year before last it just seemed to be boards with pretty pictures/paintings on covering up all the shop fronts....not sure if they were doing it up??

I loved premium outlets tho..........that was fab !!!!

Festival Bay Mall is about the same. They do have a couple of new places. One cool one for the kids is called Monkey Joes. It's a huge room full of a bunch of blow-up type slides and bounce houses.

What's up with Festival Bay?It's been there for a while now and it's still as empty as it was when I first went there a couple of years ago.I heard some of the tenants from The Mercado would be moving there but I still see a lot of emptiness.

...I know I'm thinking of the same thing, but... since when has it been an outdoor mall?

Isn't it the same place with the Disney Character Premiere? I thought that was still there as of March.
