Disney has released prices for 2004 already, so whatever you book is going to be the price. Of course it could always change based on any discounts you may find, but the advertised rack rates are set in stone.
I agree with DisneyInsider. I was always under the impression that whenever you make a booking, the price you booked is the price you pay (unless you can get it for cheaper). I don't think they can or would make you pay something higher than the price you got at the time of your booking. I would definitely suggest you constantly check for new discount rates. I checked constantly, and ended up get our trip for $400 cheaper, and we were upgraded from All Star Movies to Caribbean Beach.
