Pressed Pennies

I am thinking that on our trip this year we will be on the look out for the pressed penny machines. Has anyone else been collecting these so far?? We have picked up a few thru the years but maybe this will be our new Disney Collection.

My 10yo DD has been collecting these on her last two trips and plans on collecting more on our upcoming trip in October. She enjoys searching out the machines and putting them in the pressed penny book. And is it pretty inexpensive.:sohappy:

My DW and I collect these pennies. We have so much fun lookiing for all the machines in the parks. We have collected about 100 pennies so far and love looking for new ones all the time.

Thanks for the reminder. my daughter enjoyed collecting these on our last vacation in 2007, but I had forgotten about it. We only got about 5 last time, we will try much harder this year.

my daughter wants her honeymoon in WDW too. Hope it all goes well. :wave:

My 11 year old DD has been collecting these over our last three trips and she has alot of them. She loves going through the process of "creating" the crushed penny.

She has several cases and every once in a while she brings out her cases and auotgraph books and looks through them and talks about the times when she got them.
