Yes, and I really suggest everyone help who can. This site costs a great deal, and I understand that he does it as a labor of love that barely (if ever) makes its money back. It is a sideline to his "real" business as a website creator and computer service for others. It was all free, but at one point he had to tell everyone that he just could not afford to keep up with the cost, given its worldwide growth and complexity. So, he set this system up to help offset the costs. And, for me, $50 a year seems minimal for the benefit that I see.
There is a Premium Members Lounge, and some other tangible benefits, but most of us do it just to help, I think.
