I do.... me!! I went when I was about 4 months pregnant.. and with a almost 2 1/2 year old. It was very easy for me, because we were there with my in laws, and of course my husband. It was slightly disappointing to not be able to ride everything, especially since this was during my first trip to wdw, but I was able to ride everything that my two year old could. I would just suggest that 1)ABSOLUTELY do not take a chance on any rides... this is something you don't want to mess around with. You will most likely be back someday... save the "big stuff" for then. I stood outside of body wars waiting for my husband and the others to come off, (mind you, I was quite annoyed... but I have the blessing/curse of being married to a doctor, so I got the list of every possible thing that could happen to me and/or the baby during something turbulent) and this woman walked on who was twice my size pregnant!! I was totally blown away that she would take such a chance.. and that she was alowed to do it. 2)Take lots of breaks, rest, and put your feet up. 3)Drink tons of water.. I know this is the pregnant woman's nightmare... all those trips to the bathroom, but it's important. Also eat regularly. I would get so sick if we went too long without eating, especially with all that walking in the hot sun. and 4)Have fun!! This stuff is all pretty common sense, I think. You guys should be fine. Oh, and I see this is your first post, so welcome!!

I went to WDW when I was 5 1/2 months pregnant with twins. My son was 2 1/2 at the time. We had a great time! We would plan the big rides my hubby wanted to ride for the afternoon. My son would fall asleep in his stroller, I'd find a shadey spot and sit while he rode. I was jealous but knew when I went the big rides were out of the question. I have a great picture with my son asleep on me and me asleep on the bus from AK. Depending on what time of year you are going the heat will probably be your worst problem. We went in Sept. and AK was so hot and humid but that was the only place I really felt the heat.

We planned a last minute trip to WDW the 1st week of Feb 2001, my DD was born on her due date March 29, 2001. I was worried, but needed a break and we knew just what to do at WDW, so it was less stressful then any other place. Our Dr not only aproved it but encouraged it.

We took it easy, didn't worry if we didn't get to anything and and just enjoyed being there. The weather was poor, mid 50's and overcast for most of the trip. While this was really disapointing, I think it helped a lot with not getting over heated or sun burned. Our trip was pretty late in the pregancy, and I don't recomend that for everyone, but I was very ill the 1st 5 or 6 months, (most of it really ) but the baby was very healthy. This lead to minimal weight gain and I only looked 5 months pregant when I was there. I don't think we could of taken the trip ealier, I didn't feel up to it. All in all the week I was in WDW I felt the best of the whole pregnany!

For a normal pregancy, they say 6 months is a very good time to take a trip. Since it is so close to the time you will leave, you should have a good idea of how things are going. Have a great trip. She will not be the only pregnant women there. Enjoy yourselves and good luck!

I went during both pregnancies without any problems. (except during the first, 20 years ago, it was hard to find anything to drink. They didn't sell bottled water, all of the sodas had caffeine or sugar, and I wasn't allowed much OJ. That left milk or tap water...bleech!)

Again, I knew that I wouldn't be able to ride everything, and would have to plan for an afternoon nap. Other than that, it wasn't very different than any other trips.

BTW, first time I was only about 4-5 months along. Went twice during the second pregnancy; 10 weeks and then beginning of the 7th month.

My mother went to WDW when she was 8 months pregnant with me...but that was back in '83. She says to wear comfortable shoes...and thats about the only tip she says you need to know...that and have water and take breaks ALOT. Good luck.

We went to Disneyworld for our honeymoon and came home pregnant and then went back this november with our 2yo and came back pregnant again. It definantly is the happiest place on Earth.

We went when my wife was 6 months pregnant (and with a 2+ year old). It was no problem - I echo the sentiments of the first few posters - don't take any chances on rides, take it easy, and have a good time!

Agreed, there do seem to be some people who think of WDW as a thrills rides place only.

There's loads more to it that just the rides, as I'm sure you well know, so have a blast, keep your drinks handy and enjoy.

:hurl: <-- That's the morning sickness.......

I was going to ask about how you'd be travelling, as i wouldn't have thought that would be too much fun, but i see you're quite close anyway.
