Pre-WDW Hotel

So the DBF and I will be driving 12+hours the day before we check in at AS Music. We are planning to get into Orlando around midnight, find a cheapy hotel, sleep, and check-in about 8-9am.
Any suggestions for a hotel or motel near WDW with a late (middle of the night) check-in? Like a motel 6, super 8, etc.?

Stayed at the Clarion in lake buena vista for our Pre Disney night. It was ok and clean enough. We were very close to DTD and drove there for a late dinner. It is located in the crossroads area where there is a lot of food and shopping. It cost about 60-67 a night. No parking fees or resort fee.


Also...I downloaded the hotels tonight app. My sister used it and got a good deal on a room in Orlando for her Pre Disney night.

The Unofficial Guide has a great list, if you don't find anything.

You might do better stopping earlier, on the road. Then you could get up early, well-rested, finish the drive and arrive at a park for rope drop. Check in after the park. I've done it both ways and highly recommend the Arrive For Rop Drop approach!

Just jump into any hotel you see and ask for a price. Usually you should find some descent 50 dollar hotel rooms for 1 night

Motel 6 on US192 offers rooms for about $29. Its East of Maingate. Stayed there plenty of times.
