Pre-Trip Dec 10-15th

Hello there I have been a member for awhile now but lurk mostly dont post that much. This is my 1st try at a trip report. We are under the 30 day mark and we are all starting to get excited. Well here goes.


The Cast:


Me- Mike 32 have been a member of the DVC for 7 years now love disney and I usally go 2 or 4 times a year.

My G/F 27 never been to Disney

My G/F daughter 4 never been to Disney loves the Princess

My Son 11 will be turning 12 when we are down there. Has been to Disney 6 times and loves it as much as he loves world of warcraft

My G/F Father 56 never been to Disney

My G/F Step-Mom 51 loves Disney but has not been in 15 years


We will be staying at OKW in a 2 Bedroom have been waited listed for AKL but no such luck.


Dec 10th

Leave home at 445am to head to Logan for our flight to MCO at 7am.

Arrive in Orlando at 10am and head to DME and hope to catch a bus to our Home OKW. After online check in we should be heading to the parks around lunch.

12ishpm on the 10th Epcot plan on taking in all the rides at a relaxed pace. We have ADR for Tutto Italia this evening then hope to catch Illumations if everyone is still up and awake.

Dec 11th Magic Kingdom

Today will be a great day for DD she will be getting made over like a princess first thing in the morning. I have never seen this done and cant wait to see how it come out and how she likes it. We plan on staying at MK all day and then heading over by boat to the WL to have dinner at Whispering Canyon. I wanted to try out some new places that we havent been to before.

Dec 12th Animal Kingdom

Hope to get there for opening in the morning. Hitting all the shows and rides that we can. My son will be taking his first ride on EE he finally wants to give it a try. This is where I will need some opions. We want to leave and make it to Fantasmic at HS at 630pm. We have dinner at Chef Mickey's at 745pm do you think we will have enough time to make it there after the show?


Dec 13 Birthday Day

My son will turn 12 today and he wants to go to Studios.... So we plan on doing what he wants this day and I will be trying out the new toy story ride for the first time cant wait.. Have dinner at my son's favorite resturant Sci Fi then off to see the Osborne lights

Dec 14 Epcot

Going back to Epcot to do things we couldnt get in on the first day. Then in the evening head to DTD to do some shopping and check it out. Then off to my Fav O'Hana's

Dec 15th Lastday

We dont leave till 8pm at night so we plan on going back to the parks to hit everyone's favorite ride's then leave WDW around 5pm to head back to the airport.



Well that is it. We are trying to figure out if goig to he MMVCP will be to much on our 4 year old or not. My son and I have been before and loved it so I am pushing for it but dont want people to get to worn out. what do you think?

Sounds awesome...Maybe I'll see you there..My plans pretty much coinside with yours on the 11th....I will be there from the 10th-14th. My baby sister and I are going, staying at All-Star Sports for a lil gettaway trip...
