I was just wondering what the policy is for reservations inside the magic Kingdom before opening, how long before your ressie time do they let you in the park?

I'm not sure how early they let you in, but we've had reservations for the Crystal Palace for a 8:00 am seating and so we got there about 15 minutes early, and they let us walk right in. There is a special gate for that. The hostess seated us immediately when we arrived. :)

The front gate has a master list of the early morning reservations and allows guests who have reservations to enter the park. We had an early morning Castle breakfast a few years ago. It was really neat walking down Main Street with just a few other people.

This is also a great time to get pics in front of the castle or on Main street as there's hardly anyone there. We try to do at least one earlier morning breakfast at Crystal Palace, and it's always nice to get a shot of the kids in front of the castle by themselves.

I've never done an morning in-park breakfast, but there have been times where I've waited for the park to open and seen people go into the park as early as an hour before hand.

I just looked up menus for Crystal Palace and CRT as examples and it says breakfast starts at 8, so you can probably go in a few minutes before.

There is no set time limit, you just need to be reasonable. I usually go 15-20 minutes beforehand. For me, they have never checked their master list, or asked for my confirmation number. I don't know if that's normal, it's just been my experience.

It's very magical to see the park empty!
