I know disney inhereted power rangers when they bought fox family, but why are they showing power rangers ninja storm and the newest series power rangers Dino thunder on Toon disney...

It's part of Jetix, the new programming block that's being shown on both Toon Disney and ABC Family and that's taking over Disney's international Fox Family Channels later this year.

I believe the Power Rangers on Toon Disney is just a temporary thing until they can premiere the couple of new animated series that are being created for Jetix right now.
