Poutine at le Cellier

The "poutine" in that TR looks like Disco Fries. - Crinkle Cut Fries, American Cheese, and Brown Gravy - It is a NJ Diner staple, but is in no way poutine.

I believe if my TR memory serves me well - Karen's bf Tim (who is from Canada) states that the Le Cellier poutine is nothing like authentic poutine. But I've never had disco fries or poutine so it's all the same to me. Just offering up some stuff I've seen along the way.
