How does something like this even happen?!? I mean, I would think if there was an issue with the figure, they wouldn't just remove the head and leave it like that and I (would hope) there are security measures that would indicate if a guest actually got out of the boat to steal the head...

Haha, I don't think a guest removed it.... I suspect it was broken in some way, and they hoped it wouldn't get noticed. This might just show us how much they actually monitor boards like this and Reddit.....
