So when does this happen?

I liked the part when you pass the Goonie playing the organ and she hits the wrong note and you go down the second waterfall. Is the Goonies thing for real?!?!
If so, that is amazing! One of the most intriguing movies of my childhood!
Unfortunately, despite growing up going to WDW since probably 5 years old, I didn't visit Disneyland for the first time until 2003!
That Sloth AA was the best part.

I liked the Chunk AA near the end of the ride

Too bad it shook itself apart. They had to put in B-mode with a disco light.brilliant...

I knew they put that figure too close to the boats. It was always that hat and the apple from the witch in Snow White's scary adventures that kept going missing. It looked weird in the final days of the ride where she was wearing a hologram hat.if he hadn't been anchored to the foundation, we'd prob still have the ride today in goonie form...
yet, here we are, lamenting what could have been remembering 'disco chunk'

was, however, able to snag ma fratelli's beret before anyone got wise (shhhhhh)
Rumor has it that this change will begin February 26th and be completed by March 18th.
It's not too late for them to change their minds. The 50th anniversary last year was a huge letdown with the exception of some updated animatronics such as the guy on the bridge pouring out his drink.
While WDW's is overall vastly inferior aside from the ship off to the right of the boat at the start of the ride and the waiting line (although the stand-by side is a bit lacking), I noticed many of their AAs were animated better than the DL version, even if some looked wrong. They also pump in awesome smells in the bombardment and fire scenes.
