Posting broke with chrome and iPad

My view is partial now... I see basically three lines of the quote box... so at least I can type some.

Now the page doesn’t move when the keyboard appears... so the space at the footer keeps some of the editor visible... but can’t keep the editor visible

FWIW.. I've noticed this with a lot of sites now with Chrome.. so apparently they aren't playing nice of late.

Yep it’s currently an issue beyond my control. Still looking at ways to minimize it.
