I wish I could have had a chance to do alien encounter but my very first trip I did stitch's great escape and not gonna lie it scared me so I guess ill say that one 
Would you rather stay in Cinderella's Castle Suite for a week but not be allowed to enter any of the parks or have unlimited access to all the parks but stay in a value hotel?
