If my wife and I wanted to rent a spa villa for a couple hours just to relax and enjoy the hot tub without any massages, etc. is it possible to do so on the dream?

You would have to pay for the package then prob'ly tell the masseuses you'll skip their services. Interesting concept you're onto here. I think I like it.
