I was browsing operating hours and noticed that USO was closing earlier than it normally does, and earlier than even Islands of Adventure next door. I wondered why, until I realized - oh yeah, Halloween Horror Nights.
So I got to wondering again - is it feasible to do Universal Studios during the time it's open to the general paying public in a single day, even with an Express Pass? By "do", I mean do most of the rides (not interested in the outdoor coasters or F&F) and a few of the shows? Or do you really need the extra 3 or so hours HHN cuts in to?
