Most of the time people focus on the negatives about everything, so this thread which most likely already exist is about all the positive interactions you have had with CM, it can be something super simple or even a story about a guest doing something nice for a CM. These are the stories I like to hear and are interesting.

Last year I was traveling with my family, and we had a one day and night stopover on our drive home from South Florida, and at the last minute they decided we had enough downtime to go to Disney Springs. Naturally, I was THRILLED! While checking out at Mickey's Pantry, the CM, a very nice older lady whose name I unfortunately didn't take note of, asked me if I was having a good day, and I replied without even hesitating, "Of course! It's always a great day at Disney," and y'all, she looked like she could cry. She looked at me and said, "Oh goodness, you just don't know how great it is to hear somebody say that!" I reckon she must have had some bad customer interactions that day, so I made a mental note to always make sure I show my appreciation to more CMs in the future. It was so worth it for the smile she had on her face when I left.

I am the same way. they probably get so many rude guest so I am always as nice as i can be. Always saying thank you and have a great day! I went into a store one time and when they were giving me my change, they had no cash so they gave me $5 in coins. They felt bad and i knew it wasnt their fault. I said that is was ok and i really didnt mind. No point of making both of our days bad by complaining.

I remember encountering this one middle aged female cast member while waiting for Spectromagic back in October 2006 which was my second trip. It was our last night and she told people to stay behind the line including the very tip of my shoes and legs. It made me and my parents laugh. To bad I never got to know her name, because she along with meeting Minnie at Camp Minnie Mickey were the highlight of my second WDW trip. I wish I knew where she is at now or if she's still at WDW after almost 10 years.
