Maybe they can install Magic Band readers to tell who's waiting at the bus stops and where they need to go based off their MDE itinerary. That should help the transportation department

My family and I love Riverside (although we still to this day call it Dixie Landings sometimes!) and I know it's a horse that's been beat to death on a lot of threads here, but the quality of the bus service just seems like it's been on a steady decline for the past decade and a half, if not longer. It's really become a hit-or-miss situation the last few years we've gone.
