Port Orleans French Quarter or Riverside?

My friend and I are leaning towards Port Orleans for our stay in August. I'm looking for some feedback on whether to choose French Quarter or Riverside and some details about both. Also, how is Boatwright's? (we will be on the dining plan)

We've stayed in Magnolia Bend for the last two years, and it's very convenient to the two bridges over the waterway to the food court/main building. You will LOVE this resort!!!:wave:

We stayed in Partierre Place last year and loved the location...

but one of the things I missed while staying at Magnolia Bend is walking past the pool in the evenings... I loved that walk...
