POR Bayou Buildings question

I was thinking of reserving a room in this section of POR, but have a question about handicap access. I know there are no elevators in these buildings but are any of the rooms wheelchair accessible, or are all of them up a flight of steps? The trundle bed is the main reason I would like to stay in this particular section, so my grandson will have his own bed. And my mother will be using an ECV.

Not all rooms are accessible at POR, but they do have them in both the Mansions and Alligator Bayou. They're all on the first floor and have oversized restrooms and showers.

You need to call early and reserve an accessible room, because they can run out.
