Pop Warner week

Anyone out there stay at ASM during Pop Warner week last year? What was your experience? I am curious regarding the number of little ones at ASM. I've read that they tend to stay mostly at All-Star Sports, but I know there will be some to spill over to other resorts. From experience, I know that having supper at the resort food courts at night can be somewhat of a zoo (POR 2004). What can I expect this time around?

Also, did anyone do MVMCP during the week? We have tickets for Tuesday night. Hopefully this will be better than a weekend night.

Last year Pop Warner took over AS Music, AS Sports and parts of POR....

The food courts get busy... check in was out the door the first day and the busses to the parks get crowded... They have their own busses for the games, etc... but mostly they move around in the parks, etc, in groups. You will see them and hear them (cheering mostly...)

If you are staying there... just be prepared... maybe choose breakfast elsewhere like the parks or whatever...

The pools will have people in them even late at night... except when the weather was cool....

And be careful if you are driving around the resorts this time of year... lots of the kids while chaparoned are in large groups with not too many adults... they tend to run out into the parking lots and sometimes practice in the parking lots....

oh my goodness we were there 05 and so were they(pop warner) wow alot alot of girls and screaming will never go again at that time but we did still have a great time:wave:

:wave: We have been with Pop Warner cheers at POR and CB. very, very noisy. busses overly crowded and food court, forget it. we are going to MVMCP on a Thurs. hoping it wont be too bad. 12 more days till our next magical trip to the world. woo hoo!! :xmas: :sohappy:

They tend to travel in packs... and cheer everywhere... sorry everyone... I'm not a ra ra... I'm alergic to cute and bouncy...(I didn't make the cheerleading team in high school... although now that cheering is more like a sport...I doubt that any of the other "popular" girls would make the team either!!!)
