Pop Century Parking Question

We are going the week of Aug 27th to Pop Century. Husband likes to park his SUV far away from other cars. How is the parking lot at this resort? Will he be able to find a spot so that he doesn't have to park by other people or are all the lots always filled up? We won't be moving the truck during the vacation, we only use Disney transportation. Thanks!

Depends on what building it is. The 50/60 is hard to just FIND a spot, but the 70/80/90s it is easy and there is a LOT of extra spaces. You could always have him park it over there since you are using Disney Transportation, after you unpack of course.

:wave: We stayed in the 70s building and when we go to the 70s lot there was all kinds of room to park all over the place. Just park way out somewhere. most people dont want to haul luggage that far! have fun. we love POP. Next magical vacation to POP, Jan. 2007. cant wait. yaaay!!:sohappy:

After you unpack the car, find a spot in the 80's 90's parking, all the way by the lake. No one will touch it out there. I've been to Pop three times during peak season, and never seen it crowded over there. But WDWprincess is right, good luck finding parking by the 50's!

Thanks. This is our first time at this resort. We are very excited about going here, plus the free dining. After we unpack the car, my husband can park way back in the 70/80/90s lot. He is so crazy, he'll probably visit the car each day.

Here's a scan I found online of the map you get at check-in. You can clearly see the relative size and locations of the parking areas (and just how little parking there is in the 50's section)
