Pop Century Construction work being done ?

Hi, I was at WDW last week and our bus stopped at Pop Century on the way to our hotel (Animal Kingdom Lodge) and I noticed that there seemed to be some construction machinery as well as what looked like some new construction fencing at the unfinished side of the resort. I was wondering if they are starting to finish the other buildings or if there is some reason for
this ?

I have heard, somewhere on here, that they are just using that area as a central point for msc. construction teams and activites.

They've used the Legendary Years' parking lots for moto-cross events in the past... That's always a possibility.

I think I remember hearing Len talking about planning permission being granted for some sort of Suite trial? Am I talking rubbish?
