Discovered this news from a photo...

The more recent dated section of PC with consist for four groups of buildings...

Rubix Cube---> Cube like pool (?)---> 3 buildings
Cell Phone---> 2 buildings
Yo-Yo---> 2 buildings
Bowling---> Pin outlined pool---> 3 buildings

I've attached the picture...(disneypix.com)...
It was taken in December 2002....as you can see...only foundations were set for the other years...

Thanks for the great pictures...I think it kind of sells home the point that these buildings are probably guest ready within 2 month's notice (we're still not sure the current state of the interior rooms) of a green light.

I also wonder if WDW would have held off on some of the phases of the land scaping if they could have forecasted the delays. I'm sure it has required a good amount of man hours to keep it up. That is at least one expense right there.

3 questions...(please help me out on these)......

1) Are we to assume that the reason a phase of this project didn't open Summer 2002 was because of the occupancy rates (there wasn't a consumer demand)?

2) The All Star opened in different phases, correct?

3) Were there ever any projected rates associated with this hotel? I am assuming they would be equal to the all star's rates. I doubt they would be cheaper due to the fact it is a comparable brand new hotel.
