I just thought of something but its too late now. I should have asked the oral surgeon for my teeth back so I could put em on a nacklace! Ohhh well too late
Thanks mighty! I actually feel great! But I'll take advantage of the situation and act like I'm in pain so I can have another day out from school. I'm really debating on whether I should do that or not though...I've got two tests tomorrow. I'll just be making it harder on my self. :veryconfu
Coming from an experienced orthodontics wearer, there are far worse things that wisdom teeth being cut out.
At last count:
10 baby teeth extracted.
1 baby tooth shaved down to the root. Both numbed and not. (ouch)
4 permanent bicuspids cut out.
2 wisdom teeth extracted at different times (the first time I went to WDW 10 days later.)
Orthodontics:
Paletal Divider. Worst pain of the bunch
Headgear
Rubberbands
springs.
4 years of braces (the uppers were all banded to the teeth since they hadn't started the cement to the teeth approach yet.
All that and the dentist looks and says "hmm you've had a relapse. have you ever considered going back into braces...."
Seriously, If you feel pain take the pain killers. Don't wait for it to get really bad as it will just take the edge off. I took one percodan and then switched to advil last time. I was also awake so I heard, felt (pressure) and smelled (drilled tooth) everything. Given the choice again I'm going under except I do tend to fight the drugs and they end up numbing me anyway.
