Yes
Serving as a replacement for Critter Country, due to Splash Mountain being rethemed into Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, Pooh Corner at Disneyland would have the current Winnie the Pooh ride, but Hungry Bear would become a Winnie the Pooh themed restaurant and the Pooh Corner gift shop would be renamed to "Hundred Acre Goods".

I see your point Winnie the Pooh could get his own section.

But I do think it can still fit with Critter Country even with Tiana's Bayou right next door. Because there's plenty of animals in both movies and attractions.

It would be great. Even better if they updated the Pooh Ride. Maybe not full trackless like Hunny Hunt in Tokyo, but a track dark ride with fuzzy animatronics and Hunny Hunt level set design would be amazing.

1. Move the props/animatronics from pooh to a downtown Disney building, as a temporary walk through attraction.
2. Take out the building.
3. Connect the plot to Star Wars land and make it a batuu zoo, where you ride banthas around touring the different habitats. Include indoor sections.
4. This makes a 4th entrance to Star Wars land.
4. Retheme the restaurant to tiana’s

reference (ideal building, 2018, before Star Wars land [pretend it’s there]). Ideal buildout designed this as a country bears ride, but just think about it like a Star Wars attraction. Here is the link

Pooh lends himself rather well to flat rides; a couple of those could be fun. Tigger having a small hopping tower, for example.
