Polynesion or Wilderness lodge?

When I go to Disney in November which resort should my family stay in we have a choice between the Polynesion or the Wilderness Lodge. I don't know which is better. I heard the Polynesion pool is awsome. Can anybody help, Thanks.

The Polynesian is far greater than WL, except that the WL is alot bigger than the Polynesian.
