How hard is it to get inside Trader Sam’s after it opens? Have never been before and wanted to bring our kids to check it out.

Typically start the waitlist opens about an hour before the bar opens (about 2PM, but there will be a line for it as well), but please remember that guests under the age of 21 must depart by 8pm and are not admitted after that time. Its fun, but remember that its a themed bar and its focus is on drinks.

Update: the inside seating capacity is 50, but that doesn't mean you'll get a table or seating area exclusive to your party...it's communal seating. The outside terrace has. Individual party tables and seating for 91.

They give you a virtual queue; it could (very likely will) be hours, but it's not a physical line to wait in. The bigger issue is that you need to be around when they text you (I believe it's a 15 minute window?) so if you decide to kill time you have to stay around the resort or at least the Grand Floridian if you're a fast walker.

There is a physical line prior to opening to get in without waiting or to have your name near the top of the virtual queue.
