Polynesian Tortilla Chips

Was wondering if anyone knew what kind of tortilla chips they have at Capt Cooks. I know they're multi-colored and there are a couple different kinds mixed together.

They are a mixture of Tortilla, Wonton, and Sweet Potato chips.
