To me,Poly is the best.Imagine getting there,parking & getting your first close up view....you really wanted to stay here one day....& now is your time! The excitement mounts as you get your room....room is great.Dining....is great!!Monorail,no wait,go to GF....ck.it out....back on Monorail...next stop MK!! Spend time in MK....want to leave return to Poly...you have TWO options....Monorail or BOAT(goes to GF & Poly)!!
Want to go to EPCOT....Monorail is right there.....walking distance to TICKET CENTER! OK....now the BAD: 1)Time goes too fast & you don't want to ck.out & return home.2)YOU ARE NOW "SPOILED"!!...Other resorts are compared to the POLY & your comment becomes:We should have stayed at the POLY!!:xmas:

Stayed there on my first trip to Disney when I was 6 in 1974. (Yes, you can do the math) It was amazing then and when I took my kids there 2 years ago it was just as amazing. It was fun to tell my girls how different everything is compared to my first trip. The lobby is a must to visit on a daily basis. Make a stop at Kona Cafe for a cup of coffee on the way out for the day and just enjoy the waterfall, tropical sounds and overall atmoshpere. Being on the monorail is added bonus as well. Rooms, pool and enviroment are just outstanding.
