Polynesian Music?

Go to http://www.mousebits.com. Click on the 'Torrents' link. Search for 'resort music', or just 'resort'. For help on using the site, click on the "Forums" link and scroll down to 'Technical Assistance'.

I ended up registering. It took no time--however, it did take a couple of hours to get the files once I got everything set up. (My husband had a torrents downloading program.) I didn't mind waiting at all.
Now I'm sitting in my classroom with music from the Polynesian playing--and now I want to go to Disney! LOL:ROFLOL:

Hi there, I just happened to come across your message by happenstance...
You may want to have a look at www.summertimemusic.co.nz for Polynesian music. It is quite different from Hawaiian Polynesian music and the music that is on that site is mainly from the Southern part of Polynesia - Tahiti, the Cook Islands a bit from Samoa. There is some traditional and modern Polynesian music. (Some drumming music is quite impressive there.) They do not have it for download, but you can listen to some sample music and buy a CD. Apparently they are working on an mp3 site which they claim will be out in a couple of months...

When I hotel hopped to the Polynesian, I was inordinately excited that they pump music under the water in the pool...

I can now say with confidence that listening to the music from the Polynesian makes me homesick for it! LOL
Although my students know that listening to it makes me relaxed. I'll be getting stressed out about an MCAS test, or the like and I'll hear one of my kids say "Mrs. B, isn't it time to put on a Disney c.d.?"
