We had seating cat 1 but since were on the dining plan were told later that we had to be moved and all they had was cat 3 seating, how bad is this seating we have three little girls if it's bad I would rather try and get better seats at the Hoop-De-Doo review or something else. What you all think, don't want to have a bad view and have uninterested children.

Yes Catagory 1 seating is not on the dining plan and you would have had to pay for it out of pocket. The Catagory 3 seating is not bad, I will see if I can pull up the seating chart and put it on here for you. With the music and the dancing they should stay entertained. Hoop de doo is a great show and if you are concerned about them not being interested and if it would make you feel more comfortable then I would suggest checking to see if hoop de doo has some catagory 2 seating available for you.

The other things is, if you are willing to wait until 9:00 at night, you can get category 1 seating at Hoop-Dee-Doo on the dining plan. We did that last year and had a table right by the stage. The kids (6 & 8) were OK with the time of night.

Same here, we were front row center, and it was free :D That was the best part of free dining.

cat 3 at the luau is in the back you are farther away from the stage. It is a staduim type theater so you are higher up and you are able to see just not as close so things are smaller.

We did this show in July. I don't think it really matters where you sit. The stadium style seating was fine and the seats were far enough apart that you could see the show from pretty much anywhere. There's plenty of interaction, so your girls will probably be away from the table more then they're at the table!
