I'm planning to surprise my DH with a WDW trip for his birthday May 1-8, staying at the Poly. :sohappy: I've already made ressies (thanks, Pam at KK!). He has an idea that we are going to WDW "soon", but I really want to surprise him with the resort selection. We stayed with our young sons there in the early '80s and had a ball, but then didn't return to WDW until 2004. We've been back 1-2 times a year since then, usually with our sons, but have always stayed at a value resort. We are in the parks from early to late and would rather spend the $$ on staying longer than on a place to crash. This time, though, I want to celebrate his "milestone" birthday with a return to the place that the magic all began for us. I need to give him some time to enjoy the anticipation and to get ready, so I'm thinking of telling him on our 39th wedding anniversary Mar. 20th. I need some creative ideas for how to break the news, and I know that ya'll will come up with some doozies. Thanks so much!
