I think TDO is perfectly content with having WoL for a large event structure.Surely WoL will be reborn soon - that is just an abomination, totally unacceptable. Having a shuttered attraction in plain site for multiple years is just unbelievable in my book.

If anything, TDO wants to extent special events, so as to spread crowds throughout the year.
Hey, twenty years ago you went to EPCOT for fabulous rides and amazing foods in themed environments. Today you go to EPCOT for shuttered rides and food presented in temporary stalls.
I miss WoL every time I walk past the old building. Then I remember that it wasn't really awesome and that it didn't really attract the crowds that it should have, partially due to the building's location. Would I like the building to be used for some awesome new ride? Of course. Do I want WoL back? No.I think TDO is perfectly content with having WoL for a large event structure.

Where would a new WS country go, exactly? I'm struggling to think of a space it could fit.
Unfortunately, Epcot is going through the proverbial mid-life crisis - thinks it looks like it did when it was younger, but its actually losing its hair and getting a belly.
No idea, but I would LOVE to see a new country!
Is there a map that shows where all the expansion pads are throughout all of WDW?There's plenty of expansion pads in WS, but the most likely one is where "The Outpost" is now, across the river from China.
Are they still there? Yes. Yes, after twenty-five years the same expansion plots are still there. In the year 2525, they'll still be there, vacant.![]()
This is old, but I think all of these sites are still there?
Oh my gosh! I've been to Ecuador! That would be awesome!!!!! I got to go on the Andes mts. to visit a family.
New country for EPCOT !!!
