I rented out all of my December 2022 points last year. I used an agency and the last renter was supposed to check in on Saturday. Checked my account yesterday and there are points back in my 2022 UY! Looking at my activity summary, it shows that the reservation had been "canceled" on check in day and points were added back and then two manual adjustments were made the following day; the first was an adjustment to "banked points" which added even more to my account and the second was an adjustment to "hold points" which took the same number of points away.
So now I'm confused (admittedly an easy thing to do). Was the guest a no-show? Or was this a case where the booked HA room was not available and the guest was moved elsewhere to accommodate their needs? Just wondering why there are points back in my account.
