Has the pool renovation started at POFQ? Also if it has, is the laundry area open while the renovation is going on?

Bit of a side note, but I read elsewhere that the current renovations involve replacing the in-room mini fridges with “drink coolers” that do not accommodate foodstuffs.

I am still a bit of a pixie duster, but that is a genuinely obnoxious move. Maybe there is some kind of backstory regarding why refrigerators are problematic. But if it’s just a cost cutting move, come on! You can’t even bring your leftovers back to the room now? Not a couple of yogurt packs for the kid who barely eats anything else? That is some serious “bwaaa haaa haaa moneeeey!!” mustache twirling territory there.

When we were there a few weeks ago, they were working some days until almost 7 PM!! It’s a lot of work going on there.
