Well, as you all may know, Johnny Depp based his character off of Keith Richards (rolling stones). Well, I read in a magazine that they got Keith Richards to appear in PoC 3 as, none other than the father of Capt. Jack Sparrow.

I dont mean to be rude, but that is very old news; and its not for sure. Here is where you can be up to date on the PotC news.

Here is when the rumor came out, (over a year ago):
