PO: RS - What is this door

Ok, this is probably something stupid and mundane, but what is this door in the rooms at Riverside?

Is it a small closet or something or is it just a locked door?

That's the shortcut to the front of the line for Splash Mountain.

Kidding aside, it's the door to the adjoining room. Actually if you open that door, you'll find another door that can only be opened from the other room. At least that's my guess.

Is it the only "locked" door, other than the entry door? If so, I'm guessing it might be unlocked (from both sides) to make connecting rooms.

Yes it is the adjoining room door. There is another door on the otherside. To open both of them you have to have both rooms unlock their door. My parents used them in 96 when it was my parents, my sister, fiancee and me. It made it a lot more convenient.

Gotya, see, I knew it would be something silly. My wife will be pleased, we've been looking at the Quicktime 360VR of these rooms and she really wanted to know what they were.

I loved that question! aaawww... I guess I am so familiar with those doors -by staying in connecting rooms and by working in a hotel- that I never thought someone would ask about them. cute! ;) ;)
