PO Riverside - River Taxi

Has anyone stayed at PO Riverside very recently? We usually stay at CBR, but due to the rehab are moved to PO Riverside for the last week of September - are the river taxis to Downtown Disney running? If not, what is the transportation between POR and DTD?

I havn't heard that the boats are not running in September but there are always buses running to DD.

along the same idea, what about the water taxis from OKW to the Downtown area? I don't remember seeing them run last time, and itwas a blast riding them.

I was just there last month, (july 6-13)

The boats were running, and take a good 20-25 minutes to get there. It drops you off right outside of Rainforest cafe.

The bus is faster, incase you need to get there, but the boat is more relaxing. It's nice at night too, being able to see DTD with all the lights!

The boats from Old Key West to Downtown Disney were running on and off during the cutback time. They only ran during busy times. The Port Orleans ones had stopped completely.

Now all the Sassagoula River Cruises are running. They usually run from about 4-11.

We were there Jul 18th - Aug 2nd and they were running regular as clockwork then.

Somehow we never actually got around to using them but they were always pretty busy, without being overcrowded.
