Plush Mickey - Need Help With Identification

The Plush Mickey pictured below was purchased by my sister from a Goodwill Store. It has Walt Disney World tags on it but we can't figure out which attraction/land he might have come from. He seems to be a combination of a scuba diver or astronaut and has wings on his back. He also has a visor you can pull down in front of his face. My instincts tell me he might be a general Tomorrowland Mickey Plush but I am looking for help in a definitive indentification. Thanks All!

My guess...It might have been also sold at Mission:Space. It resembles the outfit he's wearing in the mural at the store..

I thought it might be Mission: Space too. Except for the fact that the tush tag has a date of 1997 on it, well before Mission: Space was even built. It can't be Mission:Space then.

Actually it's from Tomorrowland. My little brother has one as well and he got it in the arcade by Space Mountain.

Yes, that's from Tomorrowland - around 2003? They also had a Minnie.

1997? It definitely screams "Buzz lightyear". They must've been riding the coat tails of Toy Story's initial success.

Actually more along the lines of NEW Tommorowland with TimeKeeper, Alien Encounter, and DreamFlight.
