Plus Sizes

Does anyone know where at WDW I can purchase a 4X or 5X disney hoody? Or a place online I can purchase one? I really want a hoody for my January trip.

I know I've seen tshirts in epcot and the world of disney store in 4x or 5x. Sometimes, you have to ask at CM which ones come in those sizes since they're not always out and that's what I've seen other folks doing.

Good point!! I wish they had sweatshirts in maternity sizes. I wanted so many so badly when we were there in August!! I am glad I didn't purchase any...they would never fit me now!!

I found a Winnie the Pooh hoodie in 3X at our local Disney outlet. They had a lot of nice button down shirts and tees also. They are out there so hopefully you will find one.

I got a mickey hoodie in a 3X at the Grand Flordian when I was there in Feb.

Like others have said, just do a little poking around and they are out there. I searched real quick and found two (Tinkerbell and Mickey) on this Fashion Bug page:

You can find bigger sizes at some of the larger stores like Mouse Gear in Epcot, World of Disney, etc. There's some place at MGM that carries larger sizes too but I can't remember the name. Ask a CM if they've got a shirt you like in a larger size in the back if you can't find it on the rack. Believe it or not, Disney is doing a lot better in the "pooh size" department. They've even got womens shirts/sweat pants up to 3x.

I would check ebay before you leave. You may or may not be able to get something new, but you may be able to get something to wear on your trip. You would have to check the site often as things come and go pretty fast. I buy on there all the time.

I also have found t-shirts from Mousegears and also sweatshirts from both the place behind Casey's hot dogs in the Magic Kingdom and in Hollywood Studios in the 2nd set of buildings on the left as you are heading down the main street towards Mickey's hat.

I'd first check ebay to see if you could find something before you left home and could possibly find something cheaper and then checked while you were down there if you didn't find anything you liked on ebay.

I did a search on ebay under "disney sweatshirt 4x" and it came back with only 1 item and nothing under 5x. Maybe try searching under mickey, pooh, etc.

We're going to be down there at the same time and I'm hoping it's open by then too. I've heard it's supposed to be open by November sometime but who knows. :shrug: *crossing fingers*
