Please Use Both Sides

Yeah we noted (being light on words here) to the GR cast members at the front that there either needs to be a cast member at the entrance emphasizing two lines or just make it one line, because something like this should never happen.

We've never been to Blizzard Beach before, and this was really souring. I'm not sure we'll go back, but it wasn't the cast members fault. It doesn't make sense at all.

Edit: Also the entire way up the stairs shows the left side being uncovered flume, and the right side being enclosed flume. But then also when you get to the top the right also has an uncovered flume? It doesn't make any sense.
While I have never been to Blizzard Beach, WDW IS sometimes confusing and inconsistent in how/where they want guests to go. (Universal too!)

I am more familiar with the two sided quick serve registers at many WDW restaurants than BB. Those are also set up to be double-sided, but a good number of times CM's have ignored me or otherwise given me a hard time for using 'both sides' despite there being a sign. I have even had CM's - more or less- accuse us of line-cutting when we tried to use the empty side.

Other times, empty lines have worked in our favor. (more ride queues)

Other times, the short line ended up being the exceptionally S-L-O-W line. I'm especially picturing the main park entrance of Universal. The peripheral queues almost always move more slowly. I think Universal specifically puts less well-trained staff on the peripheral entrances.

I am sorry that happened to you though. It sounds like the 3 guys were, well, I'd say out of line. (Ha!) I'll stick to simply calling them obnoxious.
