I've never heard them referred to as "the keys" to leadership. Typically when someone refers to the Disney "Keys" it is the four keys to cast member performance: safety, courtesy, show and efficiency. They added a fifth one a couple years back (inclusion ... *rolls eyes*), but that was a DEI tack-on to the original four that had been in place since the 1960s.
