So it looks like a great place to eat, but tell me about. :slurp: What is the best thing on the menu? Is this on or off DDP? I keep seeing conflicting psots on all the boards.

We are trying it for the first time on Aug 19, so I can't tell you about it yet. But, according to disneyworld.com, they are on the DDP.

Tried it for the first time back in Jan. The wife and I were both very impressed. We both had the salmon with a maple glaze. :slurp: I had a delicious trifle for dessert. :slurp::slurp: We enjoyed the atmosphere so much that we returned later in the week for drinks and the show.

DH and I love this Ragland Road...they are on the DDP. We go there mid to late trip and just relax at the bar. I had the best cheeseburger ever there!!! It was huge and juicy! There was also a scollop app that was served on forks...dont recall what it was called but it too was very yummy! Later in the evening they have a live band playing great music and a step dancer comes out every so often to put on a show. It has tables out side so you can sit and relax and people watch...but you cant hear the band. We have also been able to walk up and get a table without to long of a wait but ADR are best. Hope you enjoy as much as we do.

"Forest of Scallops" is the appetizer. :slurp:

I love the place. Great food, really good service and a wonderful atmosphere. Once the band starts it can be difficult to hold a conversation, but that applies anywhere there's live music.

I’m sorry but I have to say we didn’t enjoy Raglan Road. DW had Sheppard’s pie, DS had fish & chips I had bangers & mash. The food was bland, the pub was very noisy and we had to wait almost an hour past our ADR time.
I guess we’re not pub people as on a previous trip we did not enjoy the Rose & Crown either.
I think we are followers of the Somerset Maugham school of thought “if you wish to eat well in the United Kingdom you should have Breakfast 3 times a day.”

DH and I ate there one evening after a very long day. No ADR and got in immediately. Ate in the main dining room where the stage was. A band was playing and a little loud but they were SO good and we loved the atmosphere.

I had the smoked salmon app and it was amazing! I also had the Shepherd's pie and it was fabulous! They have a bread pudding for dessert that comes with 2 different sauces that in my opinion is one of the best dessert's at WDW. :slurp:

We both thought that was the best meal experience of the trip.

I have eaten there countless times since it first opened. I have never had a bad meal there and only once did we have less than stellar service. From a food perspective Raglan Rd gets the coveted "dart board" status from me.

Raglan Road

This is one of our MUST do's every trip. If they have Patty's Pork as a special that night, my husband says it's the best dish he's had at WDW (I'm a vegetarian so I can't confirm).
Creel is the band and they are AWESOME. They will call Danielle up to dance during a song or two during each set. We always ask for a table right at the stage because my daughter loves to dance and we love the music. It's a fun place and every waitress we've had is friendly and knowledgeable. They do accept dining plan. Have a great dinner!!!

I really enjoy raglan road, the building is beautiful and the food is very good. The service is variable. It seems to be slow when the restaurant isn't busy but the servers are always friendly. The fada burger (I think they changed the name) is very good. The downside is that the prices keep going up steeply, it's quickly becoming a splurge meal rather than a few times a trip kind of meal. The chips used to be fresh but unfortunately they are frozen now. The bread and butter pudding is fantastic!
