everything looks good to me, only thing is if you want to watch the parade and then go back and get dressed for dinner im not sure you will have enough time for travel. But if you brought the costumes with you and put in locker for the day then it should work.

We usually drive to the parks, so it shouldnt take quite as long as the busses. But maybe we will skip the parade. Thanks for pointing that out, TDG.

I feel your pain! I'm the queen of last minute changes! Everything looks pretty good to me... One is just know that trader Sams gets very full very early. If this doesn't work out for you I love the Bar upstairs inside of the poly right outside of Ohana (pina colada to die for) Also if you're going back and forth between canceling tutto italia or kona so you can eat at the food and wine fest I would cancel tutto and keep kona.

Thanx, Jess! Yeah, I am thinking drinks somewhere in the Poly. Whether its Trader Sams or upstairs where the Lapu Lapus are served. Or we may just scratch that and hang around our own resort. We are driving 10 hours that day, so we may be exhausted. Its a play it by ear kinda evening.

The one thing that stood out to me was that you have an Excel Spreadsheet to track everything. I was thinking I was the only one that does that. Ha Ha!!! That's awesome.

I saw the same about watching the parade and changing and getting back to the MK area...not sure if you would have enough time. There was at least one other time...after Fantasmic for sure...where you were switching to another park and hoping to make a show. Fantasmic takes a long time to get out of and then walk back to the front of the park and even if you are driving the whole park will pretty much be leaving at that time and I wonder if traffic would prevent you from making it to MK, parking, getting to the park entrance, getting through security (this often took us quite a while even late in the evenings when I sort of thought not too many people would be entering parks), etc.

The only thing I would change is not eating at GFC on your MNSSHP night at 510. The party is short enough w/o having dinner at 510 pm. I'd be at the MK no later than 430. If that means that you have to see FoF another day then so be it. Trust me on this one.

Yeah some of those evening plans are tentative to how we are all feeling and whether we can time it right.

Halloween is my parents 40th anniversary. So we wanted to have a sit down dinner close to MK that evening. And then that way once the party officially starts at 7 we wont be hungry. That was my reasoning at least.

I understand that but if you are going to the party on Halloween which is always packed as it is, youre not going to get much done period; And that's w/o having dinner at 5something outside the park. If it was me I'd def be at the MK at 430 at the latest and enjoy the extra time allowed in before the party officially starts. Lines for rare character meet and greets start lining up well before 7 etc. I'd plan on their anniversary dinner another night when you can sit down and really enjoy it.

Talking about last minute changes. We are going two weeks and I just received a message that my Dinosaur fastpass was cancelled and they changed it to Primeval Whirl. I went in and changed that to FOTLK. What happened to Dinosaur?
