This will probably get moved, but there are several good resources on-line. The problem with Orlando is that it is developing so fast that affordable housing is disappearing. cityoforlando.net has a nice explanation. all the apartment guides (rent.com, apartments.com, etc.) are also helpful. Condos are not as available as you would think, so apartments will likely be your best bet.
