This is currently only for Disney Visa holders with the release to GP expected 10/8. Its not listed on the website but if you call you can book :)

I am a card holder...what is the stay play and dine option? I've read 2 different things on it, so I am confused as to what exactly that entails...

With stay play dine you pay rack rate for your resort room and childs price for tickets & dp
With room only you get the discount off your resort room rack rate
You can only use one discount, whichever works best for you.

Nice that they exclude the campgrounds (Fort Wilderness). :P

The only time they clean the campsite is when you leave. Plus I'm paying 4 or 5 times what I normally
pay for a campground. It would be nice if they would include Fort Wilderness in some of these discounts!
