Planning Trip

We are planning a trip in April, the week of Easter. I know this is one of the busiest times to go, but it works out best for us. We know where we want to eat and are doing several sit down meals (we are doing the silver package). My problem is with making priority seating arrangements. Since we don't know the park hours for that time yet, it is hard to plan which park we want to be in on which day. When are the hours put out. I can start making priority seatings in January.
