You're visiting during a time of lower-moderate crowds, which should make everything a tiny bit easier. Space 220, Topolino's, 'Ohana, and Oga's are going to be the hardest to get. After that, probably Homecomin,' Boma, and Skipper Canteen, in that order.

That being said, in prioritizing what to grab first, much depends on the order you want to visit. You'll have an easier time finding reservations toward the end of your stay, when fewer onsite guests have already booked during their own multi-day window. Ideally, you won't even try to schedule the toughest-to-get meals until the end of your vacation. (*I'm assuming you're staying onsite and will have access to a 60-day-plus-length-of-stay booking window. If you don't, it's going to be a bigger challenge.) If at first you don't succeed, put in a request with the touringplans "reservation finder" tool and see if something opens up later on.

Yes
I would also take the time to look at reviews for the various establishments you plan to dine at. Some of them have very polarized opinions about the quality of the food as well as ratings based more on nostalgia than the value or quality of the actual meals. Out of your choices, there are a few that personally my wife and I wont visit until (if ever) the food improves.

I know it doesnt help when you are going, but today is our 60 day mark to make reservations. Looks like on Tuesday June 13, there is availability for all those on your list at some point in the day. And I waited till 8:00 am CDT to start our reservations. So, kinda drug my feet this morning.

Um, lower crowds is that a thing now? =) Actually, if you get the Landry's Select Club for $25 and you get 25 dollars back you can make reservations a lot easier to Yak and Yeti, TREX and Rainforest Cafe if you like those restaurants. And if you like seafood, I would highly recommend The Boathouse in Disney Springs. If you'd like, you can also make that reservation on Open Table. We've eaten at Boma and it is really good.

August is a fairly pretty busy time to go. September is a lower crowd month. And, also, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween would be fun to go to at night to meet characters that are not usually in the parks during the day.

Space 220 will be the hardest. Almost everything else will be easy.

For some context I go in just over 3 weeks. I've not done a single ADR - why? Because practically every restaurant has availability, and will do right up to the day of visiting. If part of your trip is in a quiet period you rarely need to be stressing yourself out at the 60 day mark.

I was able to snag a last minute Topolinos for 2 people during my Jan trip. If you’re willing to be a bit flexible you might be able to get something last minute. You can probably also do stand by at Space220 if you get there before they open and are willing to wait awhile.

We’ve never eaten at Space 220 but it definitely is the hardest ADR to get…contrary to what has been said, Homecomin’ is NOT an easy ADR…it’s a must do for us and we’ve had to change our times early or later for dinner…flexibility is key…if you haven’t eaten there, bring your appetite!!
Best Mac and cheese on property! IMHO
